PickmeApp crash after execution

Hello, I have installed the app on my hard drive, but unable to run it, I get the wellecome screen but then nothing I am on Windows XP SP2, is there any MS services that should be running ? because I have deactivated some of them Thank you

Hi, I got the same error, I'm running windows 7 pro 64bits, can anyone help?

MSI service should run as well as WMI services.
 

As part of trouble shouting please remove PickMeApp Collection folder before running PickMeApp. We have found some issue with parsing this information by PickMeApp.
This problem will be fixed in the next release. ( hopefully next week).
